How to take Advair

Advair should not be taken more than twice a day. Patients are advised to take one inhalation in the morning and one at night. For best results, breathe out as much air as possible before you inhale. When you are finished close the Advair DISKUS by putting your thumb on the sliding grip and moving it back towards you as far as it will go.
